摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To optimize the complex enzyme-assisted extraction process of effective components from Phyilanthus urinaria L ,so as to provide references for its high-efficient utilization. [ Methods]The flavonoids in phyilanthus urinaria L. Was extracted by using water as the extraction agent. The extraction conditions were optimized by the orthogonal test with 4 levels and 5 factors, namely .material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature , extraction time, the concentration of cellulose and pectase. [ Result ] The optimum extraction technology was: the extraction time was 2 h, the material-liquid ratio was 1:25, extraction temperature was 40 ℃, the concentration of cellulose was 1.4 g/L and pectase concentration was 2.0 g/L. Under the optimized conditions,the extraction ratio of flavonoids was 1.589%. The influence of the inspected five factors on the extraction yield decreased in the order of extraction temperature>pectase concentration>material-liquid ratio>extraction time>cellulose concentration. [Conclusion]Complex enzyme-assisted extraction method was rapid,efficient and environmental - friendly with low carbon consumption and high extraction yield.关键词
