Abstract
PC/PBT (50wt/50wt) alloy was blended respectively with single-or double-functionalized ethene elastomer E-nBA, E-MA-GMA and E-AE-MAH by melting extrusion. The effects of content of toughening agents on the alloy mechanical properties, flowing properties and heat deflection temperature were studied. Non-isothermal crystallization behavior and fracture surface of the blends was analyzed by DSC and SEM, respectively. The results showed that significant toughening effect was seen on E-nBA, E-MA-GMA and E-AE-MAH with a proportion of 6% , among which E-MA-GMA behaved as the best, since compatibility and interphase adhesion were significantly improved. The reactive compatibilization ability of GMA was better than MAH.关键词
