摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of various soil modifiers on microbiology of root-zone soil and the quality of fule-cured tobacco. [Method] Randomized block design experiment was adopted. Effects of various modifiers on pH in root-zone soil, microorganism , enzymes activity and somking quality were studied. [ Result ] In condition of using soil entironment regulator and animalcule fertilizer, root-zone soil, catalase activity, alkaline phosthatase activity and the quality of microorganism increased, then smoking quality enhanced. In condition of using humic acid fertilizer and sulfur, pH in root-zone soil and enzymes activity reduced clearly, but the quality of arom and the volume of arom of tobacco leaves had no changes, and the combustibility failed. [ Conclusion ] Soil entironment regulator and animalcule fertilizer improved the microbiology of root-zone soil and enhanced the quality of fule-cured tobacco.
