Urbanization in Hubei: An Evaluation of Policy Implementation
摘要
Abstract
Using urbanization objectives of as a yardstick, the paper evaluates Hubei's hukou, employment, industrial development and land policies in terms of appropriateness, effectiveness and sustainability. Main methods used include prior-posterior comparison, objective attainment evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. The paper provides evaluation outcomes as well as recommendations for policy changes.关键词
