Study on bolt joint intensity of laminated bamboo for furniture
以福建省建瓯市所产的毛竹片和低甲醛脲醛树脂胶黏剂为原料,采用正交试验法研究螺钉种类、导孔直径、拧入深度对家具用竹集成材面握钉力的影响.结果表明,螺钉种类对螺钉接合强度影响不显著,其中十字槽沉头自攻螺钉对其影响大些;导孔直径和拧入深度对螺钉接合强度影响显著;减小导孔直径、提高拧入深度能显著提高螺钉接合强度.
The influences of bolt joint factors on joint intensity of laminated bamboo for furniture were studied. The bamboo in Jian' ou City of Fujian Province and low-formaldehyde UF resin were used as main raw materials. Orthogonal design was adopted to analyze the influence of bolt category, diameter of guiding bore and screwing depth.
