摘要
Abstract
Under the dual conflicts of difficulty for college students getting a satisfied job and talent shortage in rural areas, encouraging and guiding high college graduates to build career in the basic level of rural area, and composing technological person in the rural area, were significant tasks of both high college and government in order to achieve a win-win situation. Taking college students in Huxian County as the sample, current situation was analyzed, and exist dilemma was pointed out. Finally, combining with the reality, we should be improve working atmosphere, raise welfare and treatment, strengthen management and allocate them reasonably, improve 'hire in and out* mechanic, guide the development of college officials so as to realize the sustainable, stable and healthy development of college graduates official project.关键词
