摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To optimize the best extraction conditions of polysaccharides from dried banana peel and to investigate its bioactivity. [Method]Base on the single factorexperiments,factors such as material to solvent ratio,extracting time,extraction temperature and extractiom times were optimized by ultrasonic assistant,and the phenol - sulfuric reaction was used for the determination of polysaccharide. MTT assay was used to study the effect of banana peel polysaccharides on breast cancer MCF_7 cells. [ Result ] The optimum process conditions for polysaccharides were:ultrasonic power 320 W,ultrasonic time 210 s,extraction temperature 40℃ and solidtosolvent ratio 1:50 andextracting fouir times. [ Conclusion ] Ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides from banana peel is efficient and simple, the method is stableand reliable. The banana peel polysaccharide can inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer MCF_7 cells.
