Study on Ultraviolet Fingerprint Spectrum of Bramble Wine in Kashgar
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish the ultraviolet fingerprint spectrum of bramble wine in Kashgar, [Method] Similarity wascalculated based on data of two U V-spectrum curves, thus the sample quality was evaluated according to average value of similarity of U V -spectra between samples and each check sample, and comparing with threshold value. [ Result ] The calculated similarity with the proposedmethod can be sensitive to show differences among UV-spectra; ultraviolet fingerprint spectrum can reflected quality of bramble wine exactlyand quicldy. [ Conclusion ] The proposed method can be used to evaluate quality of bramble wine according to similarity of UV-spectrum关键词
