青藤碱精制工艺的优化
Optimality of extractive condition of sinomeine
摘要
Abstract
To optimize the technology for depuration of Caulis sinomenii. This paper took the sinomeine as index, the concentration of extraction times of Chloroform and 2% hydrochloric acid aq were evaluated by HLPC to optimize the technology for depuration of Caulis sinomenii. The optimum depuration condition was described as follow; Chloroform and 2% hydrochloric acid aq extract 3 times , and the extractive rate of sinomeine was the highest. The extraction method was simple with a good stability and high transfering rate of effective components.关键词
