摘要

Abstract

To optimize the technology for depuration of Caulis sinomenii. This paper took the sinomeine as index, the concentration of extraction times of Chloroform and 2% hydrochloric acid aq were evaluated by HLPC to optimize the technology for depuration of Caulis sinomenii. The optimum depuration condition was described as follow; Chloroform and 2% hydrochloric acid aq extract 3 times , and the extractive rate of sinomeine was the highest. The extraction method was simple with a good stability and high transfering rate of effective components.
