Abstract
We analyse the defects of traditional workshop equipment monitoring system built in wired mode, and put forward a networking scheme based on the combination of wireless sensor network and embedded Ethernet to implement workshop equipment monitoring with the applied instance. Using Freescale 32 bits MCF52233 MCU (Ethernet module integrate inside) and 8 bits MC13213 MCU (ZigBee base layer protocol integrate inside) , we present a software and hardware design scheme for workshop equipment monitoring nodes. Besides, we also put forward the low-power strategy for ZigBee nodes aiming at the battery-powered nodes. The key technical points in designing the data management centre software are well expounded.关键词
