摘要
Abstract
In order to increase the productivity, balance analysis is carried out for an existing LCD shell production line in a company at Suzhou. By using process analysis, the 5W1H inquiry technology, ECRS methods, and other principles for production process optimization, the line is redesigned. To demonstrate the improvement made, simulation is made by using Flexsim simulation software. The results indicate that there is a significant improvement on work load balance for each station, waiting time, material delivery time and distance.关键词
