Abstract
Joint scheduling of multiple harbour is still a blank of research in China, so people hope they are able to make some useful explorations in this field. Considering the factors including the time of arrival and departure of the harbours, container quantity of full or empty, berthage and tonnage, etc. , in this article the authors design the principles and strategies for coordinated scheduling of container terminals at multiple harbours of Chongqing Port, establish the mathematical model of coordinated scheduling, define the target function and corresponding constraints, and realise the dynamic simulation and simulation test of the scheduling plans.关键词
