摘要

Abstract

Some by-products including glucose maltooligosaccharide was produced in the process of maltose production, leading to the low purification of maltose. Therefore, one strain named as M136 was isolated which can transfer maitooligosaccharide into maltose and removed produced glucose. The enzyme production was studied and found the maximal enzyme activity was obtained when strain was incubated at 37 °C and pH 6. 5 24 h with 50 g/L maltooligosaccharide as the carbon sources and 2. 0 g/Lyeast powder as nitrogen source.
