A SMART CARD PASSWORD AUTHENTICATION SCHEME STUDY

Abstract
Password based authentication is widely applied to remote control systems. It is the most widely used password authentication mechanism to combine smart-card with static password for authentication schemes. In the paper a smart card based password authentication scheme is proposed. Through security analysis, it is discovered that the scheme can resist offline dictionary attacks, impersonation attacks, replay attacks, modification attacks and so on.关键词
