摘要

Abstract

The changes of photosynthetic characteristics and microstructure in leaves of five years old A canthopanax senticosus (Rupr. Et Maxim.) Harms, under natural condition (control )and under continuous shading condition were studied respectively. The results showed that The light saturation point (LSP) of upper leaves (1-3 )of control was much higher than that under continuous shading condition, but light compensation point (LCP) of lower leaves(8~ 10 )of control was lower than the shading condition. Microstructure of leaves at different position is different, thickness of leaf under continuous shading condition was lower than control, the ratio of the palisesade tissue thickness to the sponge tissue of upper leaves was much higher than lower leaves, suggesting that changes of leaf structure may be result of light induction and cause changes of photosynthetic characteristics.
