Abstract
Through case studies on Multi-hazard mitigation planning in China, the paper identifies six problems: vague fact bases, inappropriate objectives, insufficient evaluation of policies and actions, Lack of monitoring and update, inconsistency with other plans, and insufficient public participation. The paper reviews the multi-hazard mitigation planning and the two phases of planning evaluation In U.S. The paper proposes a framework of Multi-hazard mitigation planning for China.关键词
