Abstract
This article comprehensively studies and elaborates the newly-built railway from Liaoyuan to Changchun in terms of feasibility and rationality, from the aspects of project function and orientation, main technical standards, traffic composition and so on, then according to the project investment, construction difficulties, transport organization, puts forward recommendation that the railway will be starting from Shuangyang station on Changshuangyan railway leading from Changchun railway terminal, the ending station will be Baiquan station in the Liaoyuan railway area.关键词
