国际科技合作对中国的科技能力影响分析
A Scientometrics Analysis of the Participation in International Science and Technology Cooperation on China's Scientific and Technical Ability
摘要
Abstract
Based on the published paper from 1994-2006 with a Chinese address samples, included in the Web of Science (including SCI, SSC1 and A&HCI), this paper tries to adopt scientometrics and data mining approach to analyze patterns of Chinese international academic research collaboration., including disciplinary distribution of papers, institution types, ratio of international collaboration. This analysis revealed some interesting characteristics of China's research cooperation with the world. Policy recommendations are made on how to improve the productivity of basic research and international science and technology cooperation in China.关键词
