玉蜀黍叶挥发油成分GC-MS分析
Study on Chemical Components of Essential Oil in Leaves of Zea mays L by GC-MS

Abstract
The chemical components of the essential oil from leaves of Zea mays L were analyzed by GC-MS. Method: The essential oil was extracted from leaves of Zea mays L by steam distillation, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The components separated were identified by GC-MS. There were 18component s that were composed of about 57.64% of the total essential oil being separated and identified. It is the first for the investigation and provides scientific data for further study.关键词
