苦碟子注射液活性成分含量测定方法研究

摘要
Abstract
Macroporous resin was used for separating total flavonoids and total organic acids in Injection Kudiezi, in order to avoid interactive influence for determination of the results. The content of total flavonoids and total organic acids were detem- ined by spectrophotometry. Opyimum macroporous resin was D101- Luteolin-7-0- β -D-glucuronic acid was used as reference substance ,the content of total flavonoids was 8.20mg/per. Chicoric acid was used as reference substance ,the content of total organic acids was 7.16mg/per. Two methods were both simple, precise, accurate, and reliable for quality evaluation of Injection Kudiezi.关键词
