Research on Chinese toponym ontology model
摘要
Abstract
The toponym information exists in all walks of life, and it is indispensable in the administration.This paper captures Chinese toponym ontology model to express different areas of toponym information based on SUMO with toponym and spatial geography research, referencing category classification standard.This model can describe toponym evolution, toponym spatial relation and toponym-based administrative areas.With this model as knowledge representation model,spatial querying and reasoning can be realized in the toponym search engine.A search engine as an application of this toponym ontology is given.关键词
