高效液相色谱法测定吉祥草根茎中芦丁的含量
Content Determination of Rutin in Reineckia Carnea by Using HPLC
摘要
Abstract
The high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) is used to determine the rutin content in Rei-neckia Carnea. The analysis is performed on diamonsil C18 (250 mmX4. 6 mm . Id. , 5μm) column in eluation with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (28:72) in a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min; and the signals are detected under detecting wavelength of 350 nm and the column temperature is kept at 25 °C. Contents of rutin in Rei-neckia Carnea has been determined as 0. 26 %. The calibration curve shows a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 13 - 0. 65 mg/mL with its linear coefficient of 0. 999 9; and the average recovery is determined as 99.87% and RSD (n = 5) 1.415%. The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for quality control of rutin in Reineckia Carnea.关键词
