甘蔗叶片宿根矮化病的PCR检测
Detection of Leifsonia xyli subsp.xyli in Sugarcane Leaves of Different Growth Stages by Polymerase Chain Reaction

Abstract
PCR was used to detect Leifsonia xyli subsp. Xyli in sugarcane leaves collected from four growth stages (seedling stage, tillering stage, jointing stage and mature stage) , different position of the same plant and three portions of each leaf. The results indicated that leaves from all four growth stages could be diagnosed as positive for L xyli subsp. Xyli infection, In addition, leaves in different positions from L xyli subsp. Xyli positive plants were detected as positive as welL So leaf position didn't affect L xyli subsp. Xyli assay efficiency in the detected sugarcane cultivar.关键词
