Application of Sodium Hypochlorite in the Open Tissue Culture of Banana
以“巴西”香蕉继代培养获得的分化芽为材料,将不同浓度的次氯酸钠溶液加入香蕉培养基中,确定次氯酸钠作为香蕉开放式组织培养抑菌剂的有效浓度,以及增殖、生根培养的最佳浓度.结果表明,次氯酸钠浓度在0.01%以上可有效抑制培养基的污染,0.01%~0.02%之间外植体的成活率最高;浓度为0.014%时,芽的增殖系数及生根率较高,分别为2.48%、83.0%.
"Brazil" bananas were used as the experimental material to determine the optimal antibacterial, proliferation and rooting concentrations of sodium hypochlorite solution (chlorine-antiseptic concentration, similarly hereinafter) in the medium for open tissue culture of banana.
