摘要

Abstract

A pot experiment was conducted to study the related effects of P-applied levels and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) on mechanism of drought resistance of Bermudagrass [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.]. Results were as follows: (1) compared with the control, leaf relative water content (LRWC) and chlorophyll (Chl) of Bermudagrass under treatments without water decreased significantly, while relative electrical conduction (RPP), praline (PRO), malondiadehyde(MDA) and activities of superoxide dismuta,se (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidse (POD) increased significantly. However, AM colonization of roots of Bermudagrass and contents of soluble sugar (SC) were not affected by water shortage. (2) AMF inoculation increased AM colonization and SC of Bermudagrass when compared with treatments without AMF. Especially, Bermudagrass with single inoculation of Glomus aggregation or G. Mosseae performed best in treatments without water. (3) AM colonization, LRWC, Chi, RPP, PRO, MDA, SOD, CAT and POD of Bermudagrass did not differ significantly among three P-applied levels.
