摘要

Abstract

GdVO4: Eu3+ phosphors with different crystallite sizes were prepared by hydrothermal method under different solution pH value conditions. The structure, morphology and luminescence properties of GdVO4: Eu3+ were studied by XRD,SEM and luminescence spectroscopy, the influence of solution pH value on the nanocrystalline sizes was discussed. The results indicated that the samples are phase-pure tetragonal structure CdVO4, the average original nanocrystalline size is in the range of 19-41 run. Theaverage crystalline size of samples prepared in the initial solution with pH =6 is the smallest. The resultsof excitation spectra and emission spectra showed that the excitation band originates from change transferband of V-0, the main emission peak is from D0→7F2 electric dipole transition. The change transferbands, luminescence intensities and relatively luminescence intensity patterns of emission are differentfrom the samples prepared in different solution pH value conditions.
