Abstract
Effective monitoring and controlling are indispensable in engineering construction because project execution will certainly deviate to some degree from the plan. The effective monitoring and controlling mechanism for construction project established on the basis of international project management standard and method is discussed herein, including project planning, dynamic monitoring and controlling, structured method, appropriate attitude and good change management. The requirements of the PMBOK(R) Guideline, which including progressively elaborated planning, earned value management, structured management, issue focused method, integrated change management and change control board, are important for establishing effective monitoring and controlling mechanism of project construction.关键词
