Histological structure and expression of inter related polypeptides in Aegypius monachus kidney
摘要
Abstract
Histological structure is observed by light microscopy, and expression of Bax protein, c-Fos protein TGF-β1 is examined by immunohistochemical methods in Aegypius monachus kidney. Results show that the kidney of Aegypius monachus consists of many nephrons, collecting ducts and a little connective tissue. The nephron is the structural and functional unit of the kidney, comprising renal corpuscle and an epithelial renal tubule. The renal glomerulus is made from convoluted capillaries and its structure is simple. The proximal tubule is lined with simple cuboidal epithelium, with a well-developed brush border (microvilli). The juxtaglomerular complexs are located in the vascular pole of the renal corpuscles. Bax protein, c-Fos protein, TGF-β1 appeare to be expressed in the epithelial cells of proximal tubules. Bax protein, c-Fos protein, TGF-β1 have different functions. They are very important for formation of nephrons, structurally stable renal tubules in Aegypius monachus kidney.关键词
