摘要

Abstract

Using AgNO3 and NH4VO3 as raw materials, α-AgVO3 microrods were fabricated by hydrothermal process. The structure and morphologies of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy ( FE-SEM ). UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectrum ( UV-vis DRS) shows that the as-prepared α-AgVO3 microrods present strong absorption in a wide range from UV to visible light and the band gap was measured to be 2.54 eV.
