摘要

Abstract

The crack examinations for the No. 1 runner of Fengshuba Hydropower Station since the rehabilitation in 2004 show that the regular and non-regular cracks are existed at the same time. The analysis considers the long-duration low-load operation, poorer welding and thinner blade outlet edge are main causes of cracking, and the unreasonable structure of runner cone is the main factor of non-regular cracks on crown found in 2011. The treatments such as strengthening the blade strength, improving operation and redesigning runner cone are proposed.
