Abstract
Polysilicon wafer or monocrystalline silicon wafer is the substrate material for solar cell in photovoltaic industry chain, the fast development of photovoltaic industry in recent year greatly promote the rapid growth of manufacture technology and equipment for silicon wafer; The main technology for preparation of the silicon wafer which is for crystalline silicon solar cell is presented in this paper, and the key technology and development situation is discussed too.关键词
