摘要
Abstract
The empirical frequency calculation, frequency curve drawing and parameter estimation of the discontinuous flood series (including extraordinary flood series and actual measured flood series) are described herein. It is considered that those events with less uncertainties must be mainly taken for the development of the method concerned, and then some appraising comments and improving suggestions are put forward as welL As the hydrologic frequency calculation has certain uncertainty, randomness and empiricality, the calculation results must be used after rational analysis through a comprehensive balance.关键词
