Abstract
In this paper, the order and the lower-order of the Dirichlet series and random Dirichlet series on the plane are studied by using Newton polygon. The important relations between the order, the lower order and its coefficients are obtained under certain conditions. The research scope of the growth of the Dirichlet series and random Dirichlet series on the plane is promoted.关键词
