粗纱机半封闭锭翼的使用效果
Use Effect of Semi-enclosed Flyer on Roving Machine
摘要
Abstract
Use effect of semi-enclosed flyer on roving machine was discussed. Through analyzing yarn defect caused by closed flyer,the root causes were found out. Semi-enclosed flyer and closed flyer were tested repeatedly. It is considered that problem of yarn defect produced by closed flyer easily can be resolved through making a proper air hole in semi-enclosed flyer corner,because yarn defect in the corner caused by friction can be removed continuously and timely. Practice proves that yarn defect can be reduced obviously by semi-enclosed flyer. In condition of same spinning processing and winding defect-cutting parameter, the bobbin defect clearing percentage is less obviously by new semi-enclosed flyer,yarn CV,frequent yarn defect and hairiness can be reduced in certain degree.关键词
