PAT系列喷气织机引纬工艺设定及故障分析
Weft Insertion Processing Setting and Fault Analysis of PAT Series Air-jet Loom
摘要
Abstract
Weft insertion processing settings and faults analyses of PAT series air-jet loom were summed up. Through analyzing structure and property of PAT series air-jet loom, it is considered that starting time of weft insertion is set in 70° - 90°generally, main jet pressure is lower 0.05 Mpa ~0. 1 Mpa than that of auxiliary jet pressure generally. For left yarn cutting time setting,PAT-NU loom is 12° ~ 18°generally ,PAT-A loom is 8° - 12°generally. Defects of weft kinks,weft broken ends can be reduced efficiently,pruduct quality can be improved and loom efficiency can be ensured through setting weft detection time,maintaining and checking weft insertion system.关键词
