利用废铝箔、废铁鳞制备铝铁复合絮凝剂
Preparation of Poly Aluminium Ferric Coagulation Agent by Waste Aluminium Foil and Mill Scale
摘要
Abstract
Used waste aluminium foil and mill scale as the raw material, Fe-Al compossite flocculants were prepared though the acid dissolution,polymerization, and complex reaction, at the same time the orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the best combination of the synthesis. The effect of the dosage, deposition time and pH on the coagulation of this composite flocculants was studied. The result shows that the water treatment efficiency of the product PAFS is much higher than the product PAFC, and it's equilibrium time of flocculatjon reaction is only 1 h, the appropriate reaction conditions of pH is from 6 to 9, the removal ration of turbidity can reach more than 98% under the best conditions.关键词
