丘陵地区大气边界层风廓线雷达适用性分析
The applicability analysis of wind profile radar data in Fujian hilly areas

Abstract
Based on the data obtained in the atmospheric dispersion experiment carried out in August 2010, the applicability of wind observation from Wind Profile Radar in Fujian hilly areas are investigated. Meanwhile, the error characteristics and correction methods are analyzed. It is shown that at the 300 ~ 2 000 m height, the error of WPR horizontal wind speed data are statistically related to height and wind speed. The comparison of the horizontal wind data from WPR and the 100 m-tall tower shows the limitation of WPR's application in lower boundary layer. The corrected WPR data can reveal fairly well the horizontal wind field structure of the boundary layer in the experiment area.关键词
