摘要
Abstract
According to examining and analysis of vacuum top pouring ingot in domestic large heavy industry equipment companies and overseas, integrating design experience of oriental series ingot mould and with the help of CAD, the problems of complicated counting and heavy wording of optimization in traditional design of ingot mould were solved. The production practicing indicated that the new designed ingot mould series could not only accelerate inclusions to float up effectively during solidification and reduce composition segregation, avoiding shrinkage formation in ingot body, but also guarantee ingot quality and prolong service time of ingot mould.关键词
