摘要

Abstract

The microstructure of the low alloy steel tread shoe was observed using optical microscope (OM) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). And the mechanical properties were studied. The mechanism of the casting crack has been analyzed and the related measures have been taken. The results show that as casting structure gets uniform、crystal grains get tiny and the number of casting crack decreases significantly, after putting iron chill beside hot spot、improving the gating system and strengthening the technology of deoxidization.
