摘要

Abstract

Nanocrystalline Ni-Fe alloy coatings with a higher chemical in Ni and lower in Fe on brass were prepared by DC- electrodeposition technology. The effects of different Fez+ concentration (ranging from 2 g/L to 12 g/L) on surface morphology, chemical composition, phase structure* micro -hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. Experimental results show that the Ni-Fe alloy coating is nano -crystalling, and the Fe2+ concentration of about 4 g/L has the highest hardness of about 658 HV. For the Fe2+ concentration of about 12 g/L, the coating exhibits the best corrosion resistance in 3. 5% NaCl solution, with the corrosion current density of about 0. 430 j*A/cm2 and the coating resistance of about 143 400 fl< respectively,which is about 40 times less than that of brass substrate.
