Abstract
In Nanyueluotan gas field of Turkmenistan, there are big challenges of cementing caused by gypsum bed and high temperature. Retarder GHN and filtration loss control agent GFL are developed to solve these problems. GHN is composed of organic phosphoric acid sodium salt and organic acid, and it has good linear relationship between thickening time and content. GFL is of quartemary copolymer AA-AM-VP-AMPS that can be used at 180 °C and has unsaturated salt water resistant. To improve cementing quality, fine silica stabilizer and sweller are also mixed, which the cement slurry system can be used at the temperature of 100-180 t and the filtration can be controlled within 100 mL. The applications of 7 wells are successful that all the qualities are excellent.关键词
