Abstract
Pumped Storage Power Station plays an important role in improving operation environment of thermal power unit and shifting peak load of the power grid. Decision-making model of balancing and regulating peak load for thermal power units, forecast model of operation benefit for pumped storage units, decision-making model of pumped storage operation and post-assessment model of operation benefit for pumped storage units were established respectively based on Rolling decision-making method. Those models are designed and implemented in Taishan Pumped Storage Power Station supplementary decision system in dispatching operational analysis package. This system improves operating safety and economics for Shandong power grid and provides a convenient and practical method for pumped storage units dispatching operation.关键词
