Abstract
This paper analyzed two tunnel ladder slow wave structures which might be used in W-band overmoded TWT. The simulation results revealed that conventional tunnel ladder circuit was not properly to work in high-order mode. However, the suspended ladder circuit has relatively high interaction impedance in the third mode which can output 1000 W power in W-band.关键词
