Abstract
The molten borate salt was used as a de-lead agent on the impure copper to remove the lead in this paper. The microstructure and properties which affected by the composition of the de-lead agent and the holding time were studied by means of the fluorescent analyzer, EDS, SEM and the metallographic microscope, and the influence law and mechanism were also analyzed. The results show that by adding proper amounts of molten borate into impure copper can effectively remove lead when the ratio R (H2BO3/Na2CO3) is 4, the highest rate of removing the lead can reach to more than 70%. Meanwhile, it can significantly improve metal structure.关键词
