Wind power control considering system frequency regulation
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid increase of the wind power capacity, the difficulty of system frequency regulation is more apparent than ever due to the volatility and randomicity of wind power. A power regulation method for wind turbines and wind farms, considering their regulation characteristics and the stratified feature of system frequency control, is established. This stratified regulation strategy is based on the real-time system frequency deviation. Simulation results show that by using the proposed method, a wind farm can quickly and effectively regulate its output to support the system frequency stability according to the system frequency regulation demand and shorten the duration of the abnormal system frequency.关键词
