Abstract
Generation right trades is one way to save the energy and compress small unit power generation. However, there is currently no solution to the network loss compensation problem related to generation right trades. A network loss share and compensation method of generation right trades is proposed. It considers the network loss sharing for generation right trades happened both inside and outside the province, calculates the whole compensation network loss according to the grid access points between trades on both sides. The testing results on Tianjin network show that network loss responsibility determined by the proposed method on each transaction subjects agrees with the actual network loss influence to power system.关键词
