CAE Analysis on the Effects of Cooling Channel Lay-out on Warping of Wedge-shaped Light Guide Plate
摘要
Abstract
Based on the Software of MoldFlow, the effects of cooling channel positions on light guide plate was optimized by changing the cooling channel positions in X-axis, and Y-axis to get the reasonable cooling time, mold temperature, and cooling water temperature and cooling time needed for the average temperature difference of products with in 5 ℃ and in the least warping. By analysis the results the best water channel position was designed.关键词
