摘要

Abstract

Based on the Software of MoldFlow, the effects of cooling channel positions on light guide plate was optimized by changing the cooling channel positions in X-axis, and Y-axis to get the reasonable cooling time, mold temperature, and cooling water temperature and cooling time needed for the average temperature difference of products with in 5 ℃ and in the least warping. By analysis the results the best water channel position was designed.
