摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the disadvantages of lower automation, low accuracy, narrow detection range and low visual ability of domestic ceramic detecting system, a kind of ceramic detecting and real-time controlling system based on the single-chip microcomputers AVR ATmegal28 and the configuration software designed by Configuration King of the Beijing YAKONG Company is developed. Taking the virtual instrument of configuration king as a host computer, the performance of ceramic is detected in combination with the variant parameter PID controlling technique by using of ATmegal28. The experiment shows that the detecting system has accurate data, wide range, higher visualization degree, and convenient use.
