标准三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌胃炎的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the standard triple regimen therapy in Helicobacter Pylori gastritis. Methods 120 patients with HP infection proven by rapid urease test and histology accompanied with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were the standard triple therapy for 14 days,while in control group received the routine treatment for 14 days. Results E-radication rates of HP (88. 3% ) and clinical efficacy (96. 7% ) in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (68.3% ,88. 3% .respectively). The incidence of adverse event in treatment group was lower than that in control group (8.3% vs 26. 7% ). Conclusion The triple regimen therapy is associated with a higher clinical efficacy and a lower incidence of adverse event compared with the routine treatment.关键词
