Abstract
Objective: To promote rational use of antibacterial drugs, a retrospective analysis of the application of antibiotics in hospitalized children was performed. Methods: The medical records of 367 hospitalized children were randomly selected from January to June 2010. The using rate, use types, medication combination, and the rational use of antimicrobial were analyzed. Results: The using rate was 95.10% . Together 14 kinds of antimicrobial drugs in five categories were used. Medication combination rate was 25. 79% . Etiology submission rate was 2.00%. Two hundred and eighty-two cases received rational antimicrobial drug treatment, accounting for 76.84% of the total cases. Conclusions: The use of antibiotics in hospitalized children is problematic. Irrational drug use even drug abuse still exist. Grass-root hospital should vigorously strengthen the management of antibiotic use in children.关键词
